Medical Marijuana Delivery Driver
The Betty Project is looking for a personable and reliable Driver that will champion the brand and generate revenue through local online delivery. 

Requirements

  • 19+ years old with a valid and clean CA driver’s license.
  • California medical marijuana Recommendation.
  • Proof of residency in SF and within the designated delivery region.
  • Pass a background check for criminal, sex offender, and employment history.
  • Own a reliable, well maintained, registered, fully insured vehicle.
  • Must have a working smart phone with navigation. 
  • Must be able to work all shifts, nights and weekends. Absences and lateness will not be tolerated. Our hours are 12-10pm Mon-Wed, 12-12am Thu-Sat.
  • General knowledge of medicinal cannabis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication skills— verbal, written.
  • Technical Skills—basic Computer and smart phone.
  • Education/Experience—minimum high school diploma.
  • Characteristics—self motivated, detail oriented, personable. 

Staring pay is 15 dollars an hour plus millage. You will be considered for an increase after a 3 month trial period. This is a 30-40+ hour a week Freelance job

Social Media Coordinator
The Betty Project is looking for an Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to create and grow a strong online presence for our brand.  Ultimately, you will be responsible for increasing traffic, engagement and sales. 

Duties

  • Create spontaneous yet engaging text, images, and video content appropriate for the brand. 
  • Schedule and maintain posts for multiple platforms. 
  • Comprehend target demographic preferences.
  • Track and optimize all web traffic.
  • Research trends in social media platforms. 
  • Assist in the execution of all marketing related events such as promotions, competitions, trade shows, parties, publications, interviews, 
  • Collaborate and support design, business development, distribution, retail, wholesale.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and google analytics
  • Degree in marketing, new media or relevant field
  • Self motivated, detail oriented, personable
  • Knowledge of medicinal cannabis
  • Word, excel or equivalent; photography, video and branding a plus

Sales Representative
The Betty Project is looking for a sales representative that will generate revenue through state-wide business to business sales.
Duties

  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, understanding account requirements, execute distribution. 
  • Track incoming revenue and outgoing orders. 
  • Establish local business to Retail accounts.
  • Expand business to Retail accounts state-wide. 
  • Assist with social media efforts and marketing events. 
  • Participates in strategies with design, marketing, and business development. 
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication skills— verbal, written, presentation.
  • Technical Skills—excel, word, power point.
  • Education/Experience—minimum high school diploma; AA preferred. 
  • Knowledge of medicinal cannabis is Crucial. Previous experience in incentive driven sales a plus.
  • Requirements—clean driving record, CA medical marijuana card. 
  • Characteristics—self motivated, sales driven, detail oriented, personable.
